Sustainable Construction Framework Model on Development of Likupang Special Economic Zone

Abstract Infrastructure development must pay attention to basic aspects such as technical and social infrastructure. A special approach is needed achieve sustainable that adopts three main pillars in infrastructure economic, environmental disparities. The absence of a holistic construction model requires comprehensive solution by conducting an in-depth study formulate the right implementing construction. aim this build proposal model, which expected be standard so it can guidance for stakeholders Sustainable Construction Likupang economic zone (SEZ). This used quantitative method structural equation modeling (SEM), multivariate analysis technique examine relation between complex variables obtain picture entire model. sample was 80 respondents. results indicate built 56.8% has been fit ready implemented. also show government factors have positive significant impact on concludes good implemented SEZ.
